About the Honorary Consul

Dr. Mulli is an internationally recognized academic and the Honorary Consul of Luxembourg. With a longstanding dedication to advancing international cooperation, economic development, and cross-cultural engagement, he serves as the Chairperson of the Kenya Luxembourg Association, Head of Stand for the Bazar International, and among others Founder, Director, and Academic Dean of the European Business University/Institute of Luxembourg, where he lectures in Blockchain Technologies, Data Science, Corporate Finance, Business Statistics, and Managerial Accounting. Dr. Mulli has held academic appointments across Europe, the United States, in China, and Africa. His professional background includes senior leadership roles with New York–based multinational corporations, service as an NASD Series 7 compliance officer, and experience as a Portfolio Manager with Soros Fund Management’s Quantum Industrial Partners. A recipient of a Rockefeller Foundation grant, Dr. Mulli is also an author and editorial contributor on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with his scholarly work held in leading institutions worldwide, including Harvard University, the University of Oxford, and the Library of Congress.
